Zimbabwe Script History with Record Test Triumph Over Bangladesh

Zimbabwe produced one of the finest performances in their Test cricket history, crushing Bangladesh by an innings and 85 runs at Harare Sports Club to register their largest-ever victory in the longest format of the game.

The Chevrons wrapped up the one-off Test inside three days, dismissing Bangladesh for 185 in their second innings to seal a commanding win and achieve back-to-back innings victories in Test cricket for the first time.

Pace spearhead Blessing Muzarabani led the bowling attack with impressive figures of four for 65, while Richard Ngarava provided strong support with three wickets as Zimbabwe completed a clinical all-round display.

The foundation for the historic triumph was laid by Innocent Kaia, whose superb first-innings century helped Zimbabwe establish a substantial lead and put the visitors under sustained pressure. His outstanding contribution earned him the Player of the Match award.
