Bulawayo, Zimbabwe – The Zimbabwe MICE Master Class is in full swing, with a keynote address delivered by the Deputy Minister of Tourism & Hospitality Industry, Hon. Tongai Mnangagwa, representing the Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Hon. Barbara Rwodzi.

Deputy Minister Mnangagwa emphasized that MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism holds a strategic position within the Ministry’s Tourism Clusters.

He affirmed that this focus will be instrumental in establishing Zimbabwe as a premier destination for international events and conferences.

The MICE Master Class aims to equip tourism professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the MICE industry.

By fostering expertise in this sector, Zimbabwe hopes to attract a greater number of high-profile events and conferences, thus boosting its tourism industry and overall economy.
