President Mnangagwa Calls for Constructive Opposition Oversight

President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has underscored the essential role of the opposition in ensuring that the government fulfills its mandate.
Speaking during the recent Zimbabwe Legislators Precabe Farm tour in Kwekwe, the President highlighted the opposition’s responsibility to hold the ruling party accountable and correct its course when necessary.
The President urged opposition leaders to diligently perform their oversight roles, reaffirming his government’s openness to constructive criticism and readiness to address their concerns.
Notable opposition figures attending the event included Senators Sengezo Tshabangu, Thokozani Khupe, Kucaca Phulu, Juliana Makuvire, and Otilia Sibanda, among others.
