The Ministry has clarified that it is not currently offering loans or grants. It advises the public to verify any communication claiming to be from the Ministry through its official channels.
For verification, the Ministry can be contacted via email at info@moic.org.zw or by phone at 791823, 702733, or 700472. Official updates are available on social media platforms: @Min_of_IC on Twitter and Min Industry & Commerce ZIM on Facebook.
The Ministry has since reported these scams to relevant authorities and is actively working to curb such fraudulent activities. Members of the public are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious messages immediately.
