Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister, Honourable Felix Mhona, has lauded the Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) for adhering to corporate governance principles and demonstrating a commitment to transparency and accountability.
Speaking at ZINARA’s 8th Annual General Meeting on Monday, which reviewed the entity’s past financial year performance and outlined future plans, Minister Mhona expressed optimism about ZINARA’s potential to become a leading road fund manager in the region.
He encouraged the state entity to adopt smart technologies to enhance tolling systems across the country, aligning with modern infrastructure trends.
