According to police reports, the suspects—Zenzo Moyo (32), Ayanda Moyo (30), Ngobizita Moyo (34), Senly Moyo (29), Paul Ndlovu (36), and Donald Sibanda (30)—are believed to have attacked Hlongwane after accusing him of being a bully. The attack involved the use of weapons such as spears, axes, and machetes.
