African Postal Regulators Converge in Victoria Falls

Postal regulators from across Africa have gathered in Victoria Falls Matebeleland North, for the Second African Postal Regulators Forum, hosted by the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ).
