Zimbabwe shines at Expo 2025 Osaka in Japan

Expo 2025 Osaka officially kicked off in Kansai, Japan yesterday, with Zimbabwe among the over 150 countries participating in the global event.
The Expo themed “Designing future societies for our lives,” aims to tackle pressing issues such as climate change and social inequality.
Commenting via their social media X handle, the Ministry of Information,Broadcasting and Publicity stated that Zimbabwe’s participation is centered around the theme “Beyond the limits,”with its exhibition focusing on investment,trade, and tourism promotion.
The country aims to attract investors from Japan’s vast population of over 123 million,as well as other participating countries.
With over 28 million visitors expected throughout the six-month period, Zimbabwe is targeting at least 3 million visitors to its pavilion.The Expo 2025 Osaka will run until 13 October 2025, providing a platform for countries to showcase their potential and foster global cooperation.
