ZIFA Launches Warriors Kit and Logo Design Competition

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) has launched the Warriors’ Pride Design Battle, inviting local designers and football enthusiasts to create a new kit and logo for the national team.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday, ZIFA President Nqobile Magwizi outlined the competition’s process and objectives.

ZIFA board member Kudzai Kadzombe emphasized that the Warriors represent national pride, and every Zimbabwean should have a role in shaping their identity.

The competition is open to graphic designers, artists, football fans, and the general public. Designs must incorporate Zimbabwe’s national colors, and submissions are due by 15 May 2025. A panel of industry experts will review the entries, with fans also given a chance to vote.

The winner will receive USD 3,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to Morocco to watch the Warriors’ opening match at AFCON 2025.
