PRAZ concludes nationwide eGP training initiative

Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ), today concluded a four day electronic Government Procurement (eGP) system training workshop in Bulawayo which commenced on Monday.
The workshop which aimed to enhance transparency, efficiency, accountability, and cost-effectiveness in public procurement, did not only provide valuable insights into the eGP system but also offered practical hands-on experience crucial for daily work.
In his address PRAZ CEO Dr Clever Ruswa, commended participants for their enthusiasm, insightful questions, and active participation, emphasizing that their commitment signifies excellence in the public procurement sector.
Dr. Ruswa further highlighted the introduction of new eGP modules as a significant step towards equipping procurement professionals with the best tools and practices. He urged participants to familiarize themselves with these modules and embrace the changes they bring to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in procurement processes.
Meanwhile, PRAZ will this coming month be in Bulawayo again, to host a Public Procurement and Corporate Governance for Local Authorities conference scheduled to take place form 12 to the 13th of February.
