OK Zimbabwe Restructures Board Amid Management Challenges

OK Zimbabwe Limited has reduced its board members as part of a restructuring effort to address management challenges and ensure business growth.
In a recent statement the company secretary Margaret Manyuru said the company has been facing operational difficulties, prompting the board to implement strategic changes for efficiency in an evolving economic environment.
Manyuru announced the immediate resignation of four board members, including the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, and supply chain director. A team of three experienced retailers has been appointed to assist with the restructuring process.
She expressed gratitude to the outgoing members for their contributions and welcomed the new team, highlighting confidence in their expertise.
OK Zimbabwe has been struggling to maintain its branches nationwide, recently announcing plans to close five, including one in Entumbane.
