MSD Forecasts Rain and Warns of Cyclone Dikeledi

The Meteorological Services Department (MSD) has forecasted cloudy and warm conditions with scattered thunderstorms for Monday and Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
On Monday, much of Zimbabwe is expected to experience partly cloudy and warm conditions, with scattered thunderstorms. Heavy rainfall is likely in Matabeleland South, Midlands, Masvingo, and the southern part of Manicaland. The southern and eastern regions will see cloudy, mild conditions with isolated showers.
Tuesday will bring similar weather, with cloudy and warm conditions, thunderstorms, and potential heavy rainfall in the same areas.
The MSD has also advised the public to monitor updates on Severe Tropical Cyclone Dikeledi, which began in Madagascar on January 11 and is moving westward toward Mozambique.
