This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between individuals’ inherent abilities and their academic qualifications, ensuring that Zimbabwe’s workforce meets the demands of a competitive labor market.
Ambassador Rudo Chitiga, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Skills Audit and Development, outlined a comprehensive approach to skills development, with a particular focus on technical and scientific skills training.
