ZANU PF and FRELIMO Reinforce Historical Connections

The Secretary for Business Development of ZANU PF, Cde Elfas Mashava, welcomed a delegation from FRELIMO, led by Cde Rasmond Sengo, who arrived in Zimbabwe as an advance team in preparation for the Secretary Generals’ meeting scheduled for next week.
During a press conference, Cde Mashava emphasized that the purpose of the meeting is to strengthen the historical connections between the two parties, which were established during the liberation struggle. He expressed appreciation for the delegation’s visit, underscoring the significance of bilateral cooperation between ZANU PF and FRELIMO.
He pointed out that the meeting will cover discussions on business development initiatives and the enhancement of party-to-party relations. Both parties are dedicated to building upon their enduring relationships and utilizing existing bilateral agreements between Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
Cde Mashava remarked that the visit highlights the robust bond between ZANU PF and FRELIMO, as both parties seek to further deepen their connections and collaboration.
