Secretary for Information and Publicity Commends Government’s Drought Relief Efforts

ZANU PF Secretary for Information and Publicity, Christopher Mutsvangwa, has lauded President Emmerson Mnangagwa, the ruling party, the business community, and government agencies for their robust drought relief program aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by Zimbabweans.

Speaking at a press conference at ZANU PF Headquarters in Harare, Mutsvangwa commended the government’s extensive efforts in procuring, transporting, and distributing food supplies across the country to mitigate the impact of the ongoing drought.

Mutsvangwa highlighted that the relief initiatives have been crucial in helping citizens endure the dry spell, which is projected to persist for another two to three months. He also expressed gratitude to international organizations and cooperating partners for their significant contributions to the relief efforts.

He credited President Mnangagwa, ZANU PF, and the government for their unwavering commitment to ensuring the welfare of Zimbabweans during this challenging period.
