Minister Mthuli Ncube Enhances Digital Learning at Mosi oa Tunya High School with State-of-the-Art Equipment Donation

The Minister of Finance, Investment Development, and Promotion, Professor Mthuli Ncube, officiated a significant event today as he presented state-of-the-art ICT equipment to Mosi oa Tunya High School. During a formal handover ceremony, Professor Mthuli Ncube emphasized that this donation epitomizes President Emerson Mnangagwa’s inclusive vision, which advocates for leaving no one and no place behind.

In his address, Professor Mthuli Ncube underscored the critical role of digital tools in enhancing students’ proficiency in digital technology as part of their educational journey. The equipment donated today included 15 Infinite desktop computers, 5 HP laptops, 2 HP printers, 3 HP all-in-one desktops, and 20 adaptors, all aimed at augmenting the school’s technological resources.

Furthermore, in a personal initiative, the Minister contributed a solar-powered WiFi system and pledged to provide complimentary data services to the school for the next three months. The additional support aims to ensure sustained access to digital resources and connectivity, fostering a conducive learning environment for students.

Among the dignitaries present at the ceremony were the Mayor of Victoria Falls, Councillor PT Moyo, the Chamber Secretary, Provincial Education Directors, District Education Directors, and representatives from various government departments. The collective presence underscored the collaborative effort and commitment towards advancing educational opportunities and technological empowerment in the region.
