Former Zambian Vice President Pays Courtesy Call on President Mnangagwa

Former Zambian Vice President Enoch Kavindele visited President Emmerson Mnangagwa at the State House in Harare yesterday, emphasizing the importance of engaging with the current chair of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), a role presently held by President Mnangagwa.

Kavindele lauded President Mnangagwa, describing him as a dedicated leader. He remarked that both Zambia and Zimbabwe are fortunate to have someone of his caliber at the helm of SADC.

Accompanied by his team from Zambia, Kavindele outlined the purpose of their visit, which included consultations with President Mnangagwa on various issues. He underscored the strong bilateral ties between the two nations and commended President Mnangagwa for his unwavering support.

Reflecting on a prior visit to Zimbabwe, Kavindele expressed gratitude for President Mnangagwa’s leadership and assistance, reiterating the need for continued collaboration between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
